Event/Series Sponsors |
The SSRL is looking for
sponsors for its 2011 season race events and
series, so that we can broadcast more races
on RLM-TV. We invite you to take a
look at our 2011 series lineup and see if
there's any race events or series that you
would like to help us with, financially. If interested, please fill
out form at bottom of this page and enter
the name of the event or series that you are
interested in sponsoring, and any details or
stipulations to your request. |

Videographer

Capture, edit and publish to
YouTube 5-minute video clips of race events.
Must be proficient with FRAPS, or other game
video capture software. Must be
proficient with Microsoft (Windows Live!)
Movie Maker, or other video editing
software. Must be able to upload video
clips to YouTube, and provide league
administrator with link to videos by noon
the following day after race event has been
completed. If interested, please fill

Graphics Artist

Capture screen shots of
winning cars and prepare high quality image
of them for website. Must be
proficient with graphics editing tool of
choice, and able to e-mail image to the
league administrator by noon the following
day after the race event has been completed.

League
Admin - Backup |
Responsible for filling-in
for league Administrator as required.
This position holder will have the "keys to
the machine". League Admin backup will
be responsible for making sure that the
correct racing mod has been setup on the
race server on the morning of the upcoming
race. Responsible for sending out
e-mail notices for upcoming races on the
morning of the race.

Monday night race official.
Oversee racing program for the night, make
final rulings on any incidents during race.
Conduct drivers meeting on race night.
Responsible for ensuring that race server
session is started on-time.
Responsible for issuing the Lucky Dog lap
credit to eligible drivers during the race.
Responsible for maintaining order in the
race session. Responsible for saving
results file and e-mailing it to league
administrator by noon the following day.
Responsible for providing league
administrator with recap of race suitable
for publishing on the website by noon the
following day. If interested,

and enter "Monday Night Lead Official" as
the position interested in. |
